Identify Types and Causes of Workplace Conflict:
Be able to recognize and categorise different types of workplace conflict (e.g., task, relationship, process) and understand the underlying causes that lead to these conflicts.

To use active listening, empathy, and clear, non-confrontational language to de-escalate conflicts and promote mutual understanding.

Analyse and select appropriate conflict resolution styles:

Learn to assess conflict situations and choose the most effective conflict resolution style (e.g., avoiding, accommodating, competing, compromising, collaborating) based on the specific context.
