Paediatric First Aid

This course will explain how to carry out primary and secondary surveys for infants and children and how to carry out a full body examination to help identify what happened and what assistance the casualty may need. You will learn to recognise and how to treat the injuries and illnesses identified during the secondary survey and other steps you can take to ensure children’s safety.
