The Diversity and Inclusion course will be aimed at managers and business leaders however it will be suitable for anyone within a professional setting whether it is for their own interest or whether they are looking to build a more equal and diverse environment. When looking at the legal aspects of this topic it will be based off-of UK law. Areas of D&I discussed will include age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation. The aims of this course are to ensure the importance of D&I in the workplace for individuals across the business are understood and complied with, to show how anybody can be involved in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, to ensure managers and leaders are aware of the legal aspects of diversity and inclusion and to improve the outcomes of a corporation as a result of diversity and inclusion processes.
