The aim of this session is to show you how a 20-minute a seated-based yoga session can help relieve stress, re-energise you and improve your overall wellbeing.
You learn how to apply some simple exercises whilst in your office chair, stretching your body, and feeling refreshed, less stressed, and ready to continue your day with enthusiasm!
