This course explores the legal frameworks and ethical principles governing conflicts of interest in various sectors. We examine key regulations, disclosure requirements, and consequences of unethical conduct as well as why people don't behave ethically and how to mitigate those risks.

Participants learn to identify potential conflicts, navigate ethical dilemmas, and implement mitigation strategies to uphold transparency and integrity. Case studies are used to demonstrate compliance obligations and best practices. By fostering accountability and ethical decision-making, the course equips professionals to navigate complex situations with integrity and compliance.
