Given the popularity of Part 1, we've added this follow up where we delve deeper into Communication styles, identifying your Primary and Secondary styles and those of others to be able to 'flex' accordingly. We also examine how individual styles perceive other styles as well as themselves, all with the goal of gaining effective insights of how to improve communication, reduce conflict and work more effectivley together as a team.
